​Phylogeographic study on the Incarvillea arguta concurrently discussing biogeographic evolution on the genus Incarvillea

  • Used phylogenetic approaches and molecular dating to reconstruct the biogeographic pattern of Incarvillea.

  • Modelled habitat distribution of Incarvillea and its subgenera under various climate change scenarios using Biomod2 in R-programming language as an ensemble of species distribution modeling (SDM).

  • Analysed the impact of geological and climatic events on the population genetic connectivity of I. arguta using phylogeography and landscape genetics.
