About Me

I am Santosh Kumar Rana Magar, PhD, a researcher driven by the opportunity to unravel the mysteries of plant systematics, speciation, adaptation, and diversification using interdisciplinary approaches. I employ cutting-edge genomic tools and techniques to explore the genetic mechanisms underlying the evolutionary processes.

As a dedicated researcher in plant systematics and evolutionary biology, I aspire to shed light on the intricate patterns of plant systematics, speciation and contribute to our understanding of biodiversity and the conservation of natural ecosystems. I also strive to understand the genomic responses of plants and contribute to grassland restoration and conservation efforts. With a strong background in population genomics and species distribution modeling, I am committed to leveraging the power of plant evolutionary biology to protect and preserve our planet's ecosystems.

This website is a platform for me to share my research findings, publications, and experiences. It is my hope that this platform will provide a space for collaboration and knowledge sharing within the scientific community. Feel free to reach out to me through the contact if you have any queries or suggestions for collaboration. Let's explore the world of plant together!
